Begin by checking the drawing and project inputs: outline, construction, circuit, materials, tail, mounting, and acceptance conditions. Then define the prototype and downstream process checks.
Which process details should be resolved before prototyping?
Artwork and circuit printing, cutting and embossing, lamination sequence, domes or lighting components, tail and connector, functional checks, and installed fit should each have corresponding drawing information.
Can an equipment name or photo prove the complete manufacturing capability?
No. Equipment has to be understood together with the process, materials, tooling, representative samples, inspection methods, and production records relevant to the current drawing.
