Graphic Overlays for Control Panels
Customize equipment legends, operating areas, and display windows. Choose materials, colors, textures, and adhesives from your artwork or samples to match the enclosure and intended appearance.

Custom graphic overlays
Clear graphics and a coordinated finish
Graphic overlays provide equipment labels, operating instructions, and display windows. Baoshengda Technology reviews PET or PC material, colors, finishes, cutouts, and adhesive against your artwork or sample. A standalone graphic overlay does not include a switch circuit.
Configuration
Outline, graphics, legends, colors, texture, windows, embossing, cutouts, and adhesive coverage can be matched to the equipment face and mounting surface.
Application
For equipment identification, decorative operating panels, and display-window covers. Electrical key input can be addressed with a membrane switch or keypad assembly.
Sample approval
Check color references, legibility, window alignment, finish, and bonding on the actual enclosure before releasing the artwork.

Project inputs
From artwork to installed appearance
Share editable artwork, window and opening dimensions, color references, and the bonding surface. Select the face material and adhesive for the surface finish, cleaning method, and environment.
Selection and prototyping
Confirm selection, quotation, and sample approval
For Graphic Overlays for Control Panels, define PET or PC grade, texture, color, windows, embossing, legends, and adhesive before scheduling prototypes and production.
What artwork is useful for an overlay quotation?
Provide editable artwork or PDF files, the outline and alignment datums, legends, color references, windows, and adhesive coverage. Mark any artwork items that are not yet final.
How do color and finish affect the quotation?
Color count, matching to a physical sample, surface texture, transparent and opaque areas, embossing, and inspection criteria affect printing and sample approval. Agree whether a physical color sample or digital reference is the acceptance basis.
Does revised artwork require another sample?
Changes to legends, colors, windows, cut lines, embossing, illumination areas, or adhesive coverage should be checked for their effect on appearance, tooling, and fit. Agree how the revised design will be approved.
How can repeat orders keep the right color and revision?
Link the purchase order to the part number, released artwork, approved color or limit sample, tooling revision, quantity, packaging, and acceptance requirements.
