Information we collect
When you submit a project RFQ, the information may include your company, contact name, phone, email, product direction, application, quantity, target timing, requirements, and any drawings or files you choose to upload.
Why we process it
We use the information to identify the project, review product requirements, prepare a quotation, discuss samples, and conduct related business communication. We do not use engineering drawings for unrelated public display or marketing.
Attachments and confidentiality
Accepted attachment types and size limits are stated on the RFQ form. A successful receipt means the system has checked the project information and attachment acknowledgement. When the receiving service is not connected, the form does not save information. A timeout or an unreadable receipt after submission may still mean the information arrived; keep the page open to retry, or contact us to confirm.
Source attribution
Your RFQ may include the first landing page, the latest entry with channel information, referring domain, campaign parameters, submission page and RFQ reference. Referral paths and query contents are not retained. First and latest sources are recorded separately, never combined. Source information stays in the current tab's session and is renewed after 24 hours. If storage is blocked, the fallback lasts only for the current document. Missing sources are not inferred.
Contact clicks, WeChat copying, submission attempts and confirmed receipts are separate events, not sales. The website's event interface does not send contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, project text, attachment names, campaign parameters or complete referral URLs. Project information is sent only with the inquiry you consent to submit. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable channel-source storage and analytics events.
Your choices
A retry of an inquiry already started retains the original request and source fields to prevent duplicate records. Changing browser privacy settings does not change information already submitted. You may contact us by phone or email instead of using the online form, or ask us to correct or delete submitted information.
