Before requesting a quote
Six inputs make the first review more useful
You do not need to wait for a complete package. Send the files you have, or begin with a sample, photos, approximate dimensions, and the equipment use.
Open the drawing-review checklist →Equipment and interface use
Tell us what the equipment does, how the operator uses it, and which failures are unacceptable.
Outline and mounting space
Provide overall dimensions, an enclosure drawing, cutouts, datums, or the available installation area.
Keys and display requirements
Define key count and feel, windows, backlighting, legends, colors, and visual priorities.
Operating environment
Describe temperature, humidity, dust, water, cleaners, chemicals, UV, and outdoor exposure.
Tail and connection
Provide the exit direction, tail length, connector, pinout, PCB location, and assembly clearance.
Quantity and timing
State prototype quantity, expected order volume, approval plan, and target date.
Core products
Start with membrane switches or pressure sensors
If the construction is unclear, compare these product families and then send the equipment use, drawing, or sample photos for review.

Factory, inspection, and project files
Clear checkpoints from prototype through production
From drawing review and material selection to sample inspection, revision control, and production release, Baoshengda Technology works through the items required for the product. Supplier-audit files, inspection plans, and visit requirements can be discussed at the start of the project.
Prototype and production
From drawings to production in five controlled stages
Timing depends on input completeness, construction, material readiness, purchased components, and approval rounds. After reviewing the drawings and requirements, we provide a schedule for the actual project.
Requirements
Define use, space, environment, quantity, and target date.
Drawing review
Align dimensions, materials, keys, windows, tail, and interface.
Prototype build
Build from the agreed revision and retain key process records.
Installed approval
Evaluate the sample with the enclosure, PCB, and actual operation.
Production release
Confirm sample, inspection, packaging, and change requirements.

Four common questions at first contact
Can I request a quote without complete drawings?
Yes. An existing sample, photos, approximate dimensions, or a description of the equipment can start the discussion. We will review what is available and identify the missing mechanical, electrical, interface, or environmental inputs.
What information is needed for a membrane switch or pressure sensor quotation?
At minimum, describe the product type, use, outline, keys or sensing zones, circuit, tail and connector, operating environment, expected quantities, and target timing. Upload drawings when available; better inputs produce a more relevant design review and quotation.
How is prototype lead time confirmed?
Timing depends on drawing completeness, construction complexity, materials, tooling, purchased components, quantity, and approval rounds. We provide a project-specific schedule after reviewing the available technical inputs.
How are water resistance, service life, and temperature range confirmed?
Those outcomes depend on the overlay, adhesive, circuit, enclosure, support, tail exit, connector, operating profile, and test method. The project drawing and sample plan should define the applicable test conditions and acceptance rules.
