Quality and Factory Information
Supplier review connects inspection methods, production areas, batch traceability, and drawing revisions. Supporting documents can be discussed for the actual project.

Read inspections, factory information, batches, and revisions together
A supplier review connects the required documents, production areas, inspection conditions, and the records for the current project.
How should supplier-review documents connect with the factory floor?
Begin with the review purpose and current project, then check whether the production areas, operations, equipment, inspection, materials, and records are consistent. Company documents can be provided for the agreed review scope.
Does a test-equipment list prove that every product will pass?
No. The test method, calibration status, sample, conditions, source records, and acceptance criteria are also required, followed by the actual result for the relevant batch.
How should batch and drawing revisions be linked?
Production, inspection, and shipment records should connect the batch, drawing revision, BOM, change record, and approved sample, with another check after each revision change.
What project background should be shared before a supplier review?
State the product type, project stage, expected quantity, critical operations, acceptance needs, and the document scope to be reviewed so the audit stays relevant to the current project.
